Join us on Saturday, October 12 at the St. Giles Hotel in London for the CRF’s International Regional Patient Meeting!

This meet and greet will serve to bring to attendees the spirit of family and hope we CHMers have come to know. It’s a fun and casual atmosphere. We’ll have information on what Choroideremia is and how it impacts all of us, patient and family support information, and updates on the latest scientific research. We will also provide information on ways you can get involved and JOIN THE FIGHT FOR A CURE!
